For the best performance, we highly recommend replacing both balances simultaneously. The Spiral Balance is 22" in length, with a Blue Tip and can hold a sash weight of 12-22 lbs. These Spiral Balances are sold individually and are specifically designed for 3/8" spiral tube window balances for tilt windows.
For optimal efficiency, it is advised to replace both balances at the same time. This product is AAMA Class 2 verified, providing a minimum of 40% lift assistance. Balances are sold individually and include only the spiral balance, with no additional parts.
